2.1 Coaching Services

auraexec offers personalized one-on-one and group sessions designed to enhance spiritual awareness and leadership presence.

2.2 Digital Products

We offer downloadable courses, guided meditations, and e-book materials that can be accessed immediately after purchase.

2.3 Physical Goods

Branded journals, ritual kits, and meditation aids are available for purchase and are shipped to the address you provide.

3. Scheduling and Delivery

Coaching sessions are scheduled based on mutual availability. Digital products are delivered via download links upon successful payment. Physical goods are dispatched within five business days to your specified location.

4. Fees and Payments

All fees are listed in local currency and are due at the time of order. We accept major card payments and standard online payment methods. Your purchase is confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

5.1 Coaching Services

Cancellations or requests to reschedule must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled session. If you cancel within this timeframe, you are eligible for a full reimbursement of fees. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance are non-reimbursable but may be rescheduled once without additional charge.

5.2 Digital Products

You may request a reimbursement within 14 days of purchase provided no part of the digital product has been downloaded or accessed. Once any material is accessed or downloaded, the sale is final and all fees are non-reimbursable.

5.3 Physical Goods

Unopened items in their original condition may be sent back within 30 days of delivery for a reimbursement of the product cost, excluding shipping expenses. You are responsible for shipping fees to send items back. After inspection and approval, we will issue your reimbursement to the original payment method used.

6. Limitation of Liability

auraexec is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our services, digital materials, or goods. Our maximum liability under these Terms is limited to the total amount you paid for the relevant service or product.

7. Amendments

auraexec reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of auraexec.vip after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
